okay im sorta looking fo somewhere like venice beach. busy and cool things to see, buy, or do. but no where out of country. so only in united states. i need ideas for vacation or small weekend trip. or a vintage different looking place. and some places in canada, or places tht look like monte carlo i dont know. really cool thinngs to see and do, like somewhere to camp, any other awseome different beaches like an cave beach thats in mexico and idk where eles. please expload with ideas and places!! i actually never been on vacation or been to a cool place. also cool local activities, like horse back riding on a trail or beach and like i said places like revelent to venice beach but doesnt have to be a beach though it can idc

Okay, so you're kinda all over the map. Are you like going to fly on this vacation? If not flying, where pray tell are you starting? I'm assuming the greater LA area?

Niagara Falls (best to go to Canadian side)

Quebec City, Canada (poor mans European vacation, primary language is French but they all understand and speak English)

Montreal Canada - loads of fun stuff there. Cirque Du Soleil is a Montreal thing, also French speaking and very Europeanish

Lake George, NY or Lake Placid, NY - the Adirondack's are America's best kept secret.

FYI - the best US mainland beaches are on the east coast, with eastern Florida (gulf side) being the best of the best. If you want a beautiful beach go to Sanibel Island Florida.

Venice (Venezia) really wants number introduction, see how to get there with hotelbye . That city is a huge fabled location for centuries. Just the name Venice is enough to conjure up a host of images, even for individuals who have not yet set base in Italy. From gondoliers in striped tops to the Rialto and the Bridge of Sighs, criminal balls, golden barges, courtesans in gondolas and failing palaces experiencing streets made from water Venice is an incredible city. When the only link across the Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge scars the spot of the island's first settlement, called Rivus Altus and has become one of many plenty of place that Venice must offer.

If you have the time to travel, and can schedule this trip for early July, I recommend coming to Traverse City, Michigan. Timing is important because the first week of July has the National Cherry Festival. If you get bored with the downtown carnival, you can head out to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Empire. Here, you can TRY to climb the largest sand dunes on fresh water anywhere in the world.
