I really hate the DMV area people are so freakin nasty here and I dont want to see people from my past. I want to go some where I can start fresh. The only problem is my boyfriend of 6 yrs whom I very much love looks like he wants to stay here. He has already bough properties here and his family lives here. I told him I dont like it here but he always seems to get quiet and doesnt say much about it. I dont know if he thinks im bluffing but im so unhappy hear, if you were in my situation would you leave to another state and leave your first love. Or be miserable in the state you live in and be with the man you love. Im so lost right now. What would you do and what should I DO??

If you really do hate it there, talk to your boyfriend about it. I can't help you much there.

San Diego is a good place to live. The weathers really nice.

In general, the safest neighborhoods in San Diego are north of the 8. There are some south of 54 and east of 805 though. However, no neighborhood is crime-proof as the recent Chelsea King story proved.

There are plenty of community colleges in San Diego so being within driving distance of one is not a problem unless you live up in the mountains or in the desert.

As for apartments, I have no idea what the rents are. You'll have to find an agent or start checking out the rental sites.

= San Diego to live

Here is a quick summary of some of the areas in the city of San Diego. La Jolla and Scripps Ranch are upscale and wealthy. The nice middle class areas of town are Pacific Beach, Tierrasanta, Clairemont, University City, and Mira Mesa. Pacific Beach is a mixture of apartments with college students and young professionals, and single family homes. If you can afford it, it's one of the best places to live in the city. University City is near La Jolla and UCSD and is mostly upscale professionals. Clairemont is middle class single family homes and has a lot of military families living there. Mira Mesa has a large Asian population. Hillcrest is the center of the gay community. Mission Valley is young professionals and almost all condos and apartments. Ocean Beach is a lot of druggies, hippies, and beach bums. Mission Beach is the seasonal rental party animal types. Point Loma is a lot of retired military. The College Area is near San Diego State on the eastern edge of the city. Linda Vista is lower middle class and ethnically mixed.

In general, the farther south you go (closer to the border), the lower the property values. IMO you want to live north of I-8 and west of I-15

South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Ms, l. a., at the instant are all thinking variations of SB 1070. and that they'd desire to. All of those states are having components sucked up and delivered away with the help of Illegals. Time to end the gravy prepare. i could welcome the addition of this regulation. purely the spending on my own on Illegals help, interior the Corrections centers, Hospitals, colleges, could be adequate to maintain officers on the activity and not on lay off. Obamas bullshit approximately saving cops jobs is purely that Bullshit. O'h he would have had some remoted situations the place this occured yet frequent, uniform amd laptop positions have been decrease do to funds contraints. Remand those source stealers over to the Feds.

If u Rly Rly Rly hate the place then you should talk to him and say ur dead serious, if he truly loves u he would understand and to be honest if u stay in a place u don't like for the rest of ur life. It will result in problems and problems might result in braking up, sry for my English and goodluck
