You can find great deals on flights on Yahoo! FareChase (farechase.yahoo.com). It currently searches Orbitz, Cheaptickets, all major airline websites(except Southwest) at the same time and brings back the best fares.

I used to travel for a living and used orbitz a lot as well as Yahoo! travel. Best thing to do is shop around. Go to travelocity, orbitz, Y!, priceline, and even go to the airline's website.
