when it should have been:
US Department of State
National Visa Center
Attn: CMR
32 Rochester Avenue

Your mail will still be delivered to that address, so it will arrive at the building at the same time regardless. More than likely, forgetting the Attn: would just probably just cause a minor delay in sorting once it got there.



More worrying is the address itself, you forgot to include the state, and used an improper format for the zip code. Zip codes are 5+4 digits, and may include a leading zero.



You should have addressed it:



US Department of State

National Visa Center

Attn: CMR

32 Rochester Avenue

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909



They may still be able to deliver it, but again, it may be delayed for manual processing.

that I had this guy come into my life and my sons cos he needed a place to stay and then make a total *** out of me by using me big time.. I would like to forget that I ever met him..
