We are moving back to Minnesota this month, and in March my son will be one. We are looking for a place to have his 1st birthday party, that would be appropriate for his age. Does anyone know of any indoor play areas or something neat and fun, around the Twin Cities? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

How about the Build a Bear workshop at the Mall of America.

Would definitely go with your own home as it will be familiar to your son and if it all gets a bit much for him he could sneak off for a nap!

Keep it a low key, family type affair.

Invite your family & close friends over for dinner, cake, ice cream & presents.

A one year old is too young to appreciate or enjoy a formal party.
