I'm Driving from Boston to Long Island with a baby on board. What is better, late night traffic or thanksgiving day traffic?

I have family coming from out of state and they are going to leave early Thanksgiving morning to make the drive.

I suggest Thanksgiving morning. Between 4pm and 9am.
